Estimate Software

Your rates, your rules — one calculator for local, long-distance and everything in between. The estimate auto-builds from the inventory and logistics, goes out as a branded PDF, and becomes the Bill of Lading with no re-entry.

An estimate is only as good as the rules behind it. This is the pricing engine: your hourly rates, long-distance tariffs, surcharges, seasonal pricing and add-ons, configured once — then the estimate builds itself from the inventory and the logistics, goes out as a branded PDF, and becomes the Bill of Lading without anyone re-typing it.

How it works

  • A lead lands in your pipeline — from a website widget, a call, or entered by hand.
  • The service type sets the formula: Local (hourly), Long Distance (by cubic feet or weight, with tariffs by state and district), Flat Rate, Commercial, Packing Day, or Moving & Storage.
  • Volume comes from the AI inventory or the home size — 10 categories from "a room or less" to a four-bedroom house.
  • The system auto-selects crew and trucks by cubage, floor and access, and adds travel time.
  • Surcharges apply — stairs, long carry, elevator, fuel, equipment, packing, valuation — on top of your seasonal and peak / off-peak rates.
  • Any edit that affects price recalculates automatically.
  • Out comes a branded PDF estimate in one click, plus a client link and a deposit.
  • The approved estimate becomes a DOT Bill of Lading — and signatures auto-void if the price changes after signing.

What you get

  • Six service types in one calculator — local, long distance, flat rate, commercial, packing day, moving & storage.
  • Auto crew-and-truck selection by cubage, floor and access, with travel time built in.
  • Long-distance tariffs by state and district, with weight and volume tiers.
  • Seasonal and calendar rates, plus peak / off-peak pricing.
  • A surcharge engine — fuel, stairs, long carry, elevator, equipment, travel fee, packing and valuation.
  • An add-on services catalog — piano, crane, storage, whatever you sell — and automatic US sales tax by state.
  • A branded PDF that emails itself with the estimate attached.
  • Estimate becomes contract with no re-entry — the inventory and totals flow into the DOT Bill of Lading with e-signatures, geolocation and timestamp.
  • Estimated vs actual on every job, in your P&L and analytics, so you can see exactly where a price slipped.

Why it's different

Most new tools give you a clean UI and a shallow calculator; the older ones give you a deep calculator and no AI. This is the depth of a legacy CRM with AI on top. The estimate and the legal document are the same data — not "export a PDF and re-type it into the BoL." Payment rails are yours: five processors on your own merchant accounts, no lock-in, and we never hold the cards. Your data is isolated per company at the database level — not a shared table with a company_id column — and the platform is genuinely multi-tenant: your own domain, your payroll, your P&L, your depots, movers auto-authorized by pickup address, all in one login from lead to estimate to contract to dispatch to field app to payment to payroll to storage to reporting.

The numbers

  • 95 configurable settings — your rates, your rules, on day one.
  • 6 service types, 10 home-size categories, 10 furniture categories.
  • 5 payment processors, on your own merchant accounts.
  • A separate, isolated database per company — not a shared table.
  • Estimate → Bill of Lading: zero re-entry.

Frequently asked questions

Yes — 95 configurable settings (hourly rates, travel time, equipment, seasonal rates, long-distance tariffs by state, deposits and taxes) are tuned to your company, and a test mode lets you check the rates before you go live.

One calculator. Local (hourly), Long Distance (by cubic feet or weight with tariffs by state and district), Flat Rate, Commercial, Packing Day and Moving & Storage are all handled in the same estimate.

Each company's data lives in its own database. Inside, access is by role — admin, manager, dispatcher, viewer, foreman — with per-role limits, two-factor login and a full audit log.

Yes — the platform runs on your domain with automatic SSL, and the customer portal, emails and PDF estimates all carry your brand.

No. Five processors run on your own merchant accounts, so you keep your rates and your relationship — we don't hold the cards.

Signatures auto-void and the document has to be re-signed, so the "I never agreed to that" dispute is closed at the system level.
