Your data is isolated per company
Every company runs on its own separate database — not a shared table with a company_id column. Your leads, jobs, pricing and customer records live apart from every other company on the platform.
Role-based access and activity history
Access is granted by role — admin, manager, dispatcher, viewer — each limited to what it needs; payment, email and billing settings are admin-only, and crews work in a separate foreman app. Every request keeps an activity history of who changed what and when.
Payments on your own merchant accounts
Payments run on your merchant accounts across multiple processors. Card data is handled by those certified payment processors — we never store card numbers, and we don't hold your funds.
Private storage and scoped links
Videos and files are kept in private storage. Customer links are tokenized and scoped to a single request; the customer account adds a one-time sign-in code, and a booked move can no longer be changed through the survey link.
Hardened by default
The platform runs on your domain with automatic SSL. Service-to-service callbacks are cryptographically signed (HMAC), and our team is alerted to application errors and failed background jobs so issues are caught early.
Daily off-site backups
Every company's database, contracts and files are backed up daily to separate, encrypted cloud storage outside our servers, and restoring from those backups is tested.
