Your data is isolated per company
Every company runs on its own separate database — not a shared table with a company_id column. Your leads, jobs, pricing and customer records live apart from every other company on the platform.
Role-based access, 2FA and audit logs
Access is granted by role — admin, manager, dispatcher, viewer, foreman — each limited to what it needs. Accounts support two-factor authentication, and a full audit log records who did what.
Payments on your own merchant accounts
Payments run on your merchant accounts across multiple processors. Card data is handled by those certified payment processors — we never store card numbers, and we don't hold your funds.
Private storage and scoped links
Videos and files are kept in private storage. Customer survey and portal links are tokenized and time-limited — passwordless for the customer, but scoped to a single request and set to expire.
Hardened by default
The platform runs on your domain with automatic SSL. Service-to-service callbacks are cryptographically signed (HMAC), and errors are monitored across every service so issues are caught early.
