This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses Virtual Estimate. It is part of our Terms of Service.

Prohibited activity

You may not use the Service to: break the law; infringe others' rights; send spam or unlawful messages; upload malware; attempt to gain unauthorized access, probe or overload the Service; scrape or reverse-engineer it; or resell or sublicense it without our permission.

Messaging & customer consent

You are solely responsible for your communications with your customers, including obtaining any consent required by applicable law (for example, telephone and text-messaging rules) and honoring opt-outs. You must not use the Service to send messages to people who have not agreed to receive them.

Content & data

You are responsible for the data you put into the Service and for having the right to use it. Do not upload content you are not permitted to store or process.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access to protect the Service or comply with the law. To report abuse, contact us.
