01. How much does Virtual Estimate cost?

There are two plans: CRM at $399/month and CRM + AI at $599/month. Both give your whole team the full platform; the CRM + AI plan adds AI video estimates. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required.

02. Is there a free trial?

Yes — 14 days with full access to the platform. No credit card up front, and nothing is charged until the trial ends.

03. Am I locked into a contract?

No. Plans are month-to-month, and you can cancel anytime.

04. Are there setup or onboarding fees?

No. Setup and onboarding are included — we help you import your data and configure the platform at no extra cost.

Getting started

01. How long does it take to get set up?

Most companies are up and running within a day. Your isolated workspace is provisioned automatically when you start, and we help you load your rates, branding and team.

02. Can I use my own branding and domain?

Yes. Virtual Estimate is white-label — your logo, your colors, and your own domain across the customer portal and documents.

03. Is my data kept separate from other companies?

Yes. Each company runs in its own isolated database, so your data is never mixed with anyone else's.

AI & estimates

01. How do AI video estimates work?

You text the customer a link. They record a short, guided walk-through of each room from any phone — no app to install. The AI detects and measures the items, builds an itemized inventory, and produces a priced quote you can review and send.

02. Do customers have to download an app?

No. The guided walk-through runs in the browser from a text link — there is nothing for the customer to install.

03. Can I still build estimates manually?

Absolutely. You can build estimates by room in the calculator using your own tariffs, or start from an AI walk-through — whichever fits the job.

01. What does the platform include?

Lead pipeline and CRM, a pricing calculator, dispatch and scheduling, a customer portal, digital DOT contracts with e-signature, payments on your own processors, crew payroll and commissions, storage billing, claims, and analytics — all under one login.

02. Can my crew use it in the field?

Yes. The foreman app runs the whole job on-site — contract, signatures, photos and payment — and works fully offline, syncing when the signal returns.

03. Can I take deposits and payments?

Yes. Collect deposits at booking and final payments on your own merchant accounts, by card or ACH, online or in the field.

Real human support by chat and email, plus an in-app knowledge base. Onboarding help is included with every plan.

02. How is my data protected?

Each company's data is isolated in its own database and encrypted in transit and at rest, with two-factor authentication on admin logins. Card payments are handled by established payment gateways, so card numbers are not stored on our servers.
