Refund & Billing Policy

This policy explains how billing works for Virtual Estimate subscriptions. It is part of our Terms of Service.
Free trial
We may offer a 14-day free trial. A payment method is required to start it. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and your payment method is charged for the plan you selected.
Plans & renewal
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis for the plan you choose. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
Refunds
Except where required by law, subscription fees already billed are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods or unused time. Prepaid messaging (SMS) credits are non-refundable.
Taxes & failed payments
Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. If a payment fails, we may retry and may suspend the Service until payment is resolved.
Changes
We may change plans or pricing; changes to your recurring price will be communicated in advance. Questions? Contact us.
